Der Höchstgehalt ist unter Berücksichtigung der Messunsicherheit nicht gesichert überschritten worden.//Unofficial translation: According to section 5 no. 5.4.1 of the Annex to Regulation (EU) No. 2023/915, the maximum level for glycidyl fatty acid esters is 1000 µg/kg. The maximum level is exceeded even taking into account the measurement uncertainty. According to section 5 no. 5.3.1.2 of the Annex to Regulation (EU) 2023/915, a maximum level of 2500 µg/kg applies to the sum of 3-MCPD and 3-MCPD fatty acid esters. Taking into account the measurement uncertainty, the maximum level has not been exceeded.
