Purpose

NagameAlert organises official alerts and notifications from AESAN, RAPNA, Safety Gate and the OECD Global Recalls portal to make them easier to consult.

The official source publication remains the primary reference. NagameAlert does not replace instructions, measures or updates from the issuing authority or system.

Official data and NagameAlert processing

NagameAlert does not claim ownership of official-source publications. The portal's normalisation, organisation and presentation form a separate layer and must be distinguished from official content.

Intellectual property

NagameAlert's brand, interface, design, software, original copy and original organisation may be protected by applicable rights. This does not extend to official content attributed to its sources.

Official links lead to third-party services. Their availability, content and policies are controlled by their respective operators.
