Unofficial translation: Microbiological testing detected yeast at a level of 4.4 x 10E6 CFU/g. In accordance with good hygiene practices as described in the microbiological guidelines and warning values for the assessment of foodstuffs issued by the DGHM (as of 2019), yeast levels in fresh, ready-to-eat, cut, packaged, and unpackaged fruit and fruit mixtures may not exceed the guideline value of 1 x 10E5 CFU/g. The guideline value for yeast is significantly exceeded. The sample is also noticeable in terms of sensory properties. Reference is made to Art. 14(2)(b) of Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002.
