Die Höchstwerte für Glycidol und 3-MCPD werden im Gesamtfett der vorliegenden Produkte auch unter Berücksichtigung der erweiterten Messunsicherheit eindeutig überschritten. Speisefette und -öle mit Überschreitungen des Höchstgehaltes an Glycidol gemäß Art. 2 Abs. 1 VO (EU) 2023/915 dürfen nicht als solche in der EU in den Verkehr gebracht und auch nicht als Zutaten zur Herstellung von Lebensmitteln verwendet werden. Ferner liegen Kennzeichnungsmängel vor. ////unofficial translation: The maximum levels for glycidol and 3-MCPD are clearly exceeded in the total fat of the present products, even taking into account the expanded measurement uncertainty. Edible fats and oils exceeding the maximum level of glycidol according to Art. 2 para. 1 Regulation (EU) 2023/915 may not be placed on the market as such in the EU and may not be used as ingredients in the manufacture of foodstuffs. Labelling deficiencies are also present.
