In der Probe wurden die Schimmelpilzgifte Alternariol (Gehalt 81,7 µg/kg) und Tenuazonsäure (Gehalt 549 µg/kg) nachgewiesen. Erhöhte Gehalte eines oder mehrerer dieser Toxine deuten darauf hin, dass von Schimmel befallene Tomaten verarbeitet wurden. Der Tenuazonsäure-Gehalt der Probe liegt bei 549 µg/kg und ist wesentlich höher als der Gehalt in vergleichbaren Produkten (0 bis 91,2 µg/kg). Es wird daher ausdrücklich auf das ALARA-Prinzip gemäß Art. 2 (1) VO (EWG) Nr. 315/93 hingewiesen. //// The toxins Alternariol (content 81.7 µg/kg) and Tenuazonic acid (content 549 µg/kg) were detected in the sample. Elevated levels of one or more of these toxins indicate that mold-infested tomatoes were processed. The tenuazonic acid content of the sample is 549 µg/kg and is much higher than the content in comparable products (0 to 91.2 µg/kg). Therefore, explicit reference is made to the ALARA principle according to Art. 2 (1) VO (EWG) No. 315/93.
