Based on the composition of raw materials, sent to the local Sanitary Inspector by e-mail on 27/07/2020. and on 04/08/2020, it was found that to produce a kilogram of crisps: 1.Flavored with Caribbean crab, used: 384.75 g of potato flakes, containing 307.8 mg / kg of curcumin, 2.flavored cream with onion, used: 377 g of potato flakes, containing 301.6 mg of curcumin and 50 g of the complex ingredient (flavor mixture), containing 100 mg of curcumin, the sum is: 401.6 mg / kg of curcumin, 3.with Thai style steak, used: 377 g of potato flakes, containing 301.6 mg / kg of curcumin, 4. flavored with cheese, used: 377 g of potato flakes containing 301.6 mg / kg of curcumin.
