- Nimbus 4 and Nimbus Professional mattresses may over-inflate, due to an inner mattress component failure. This cannot be detected until the product is disassembled. If the mattress over-inflates, patients could fall from the mattress and this could result in serious injury.
- Recommendations

Consumers should follow the instructions provided in the customer letter and the instructional video, to puncture the grommet membrane so that excess air may escape.
