Description of the delivered material: Intact but opened bag of “chickpea chips” (company “Sarchio”) containing some chips of preserved appearance + kitchen absorbent paper with chewed residue of foreign body. Morphological notes of the foreign body: small quantity (about 5 g), fragmented (with main mass about 60% of the total), dark brown, partially staining the absorbent paper with color similar to coffee, friable, granular, non-sticky, of medium consistency, apparently burnt. Odor not perceptible, but the reporter describes it as “burnt plastic/gasket.” Hypothesis: although not morphologically diagnostic, suggestive of starchy food material (possible production residue (remnant) or burnt fragment of gasket)
