Because the plug blades of the dedicated charger (AC adapter) do not have holes as required under the applicable design standards, this configuration constitutes non-compliance with the the Electrical Appliances and Materials Safety Act. Furthermore, such a structure may allow the plug to be easily dislodged and may prevent proper contact with the metal terminals of the outlet, thereby posing a risk of spark and heat generation.
Recomendaciones
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact the company by phone at 0120‐914‐482 or via E-mail at alumis-j.kan@rice.ocn.ne.jp. The company recalls and replaces the products.
