- These affected water heaters have a manufacturing fault that can cause it to malfunction and cause a fire. Risk of serious injury, death and/or property damage if the affected water heater causes a fire. Incidents have occurred.

- Immediately disconnect the water heater from the power supply by operating the switch next to the device or disconnecting it from the power outlet socket. Contact Chromagen to arrange a free on-site inspection and to repair the affected water heater. Remove any combustible materials surrounding unit.
