- The vehicle's braking functionality can be disabled while using 'B' mode (in plug-in hybrid cars) or One Pedal Drive (in pure electric cars), after coasting downhill. This can lead to a collision and increase the risk of accidents and injuries. The product does not comply with Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
