- La trituradora del vehículo puede funcionar de forma automática o manual. En este último caso, la trituradora se pone en movimiento y el obturador de rodillos permanece abierto. Si dicha operación se inicia mediante el botón «Comenzar trituradora», el hecho de que el obturador no esté cerrado significa que se puede entrar en la zona de peligro mientras la trituradora está en funcionamiento. Existe el riesgo de que las extremidades superiores de una persona puedan quedar atrapadas en la trituradora móvil desprotegida después de que esta última se haya iniciado manualmente.
