- Because the safety mechanisms are easily bypassed, and because of the lack of a protective shielding, direct access to laser radiation from the reflected laser beam during operation is possible. Looking directly into the laser beam or exposure via scattered radiation could damage a person’s sight. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Machinery Directive or with European standard EN 60825-1.
