- The product has an excessive concentration of nicotine (36.5 +/- 9.1 mg/kg). This can lead to the accidental consumption of a high dose of nicotine. Nicotine is acutely toxic and may pose a risk to the safety of the user, particularly if the product is ingested. The product lacks the required labelling in French. Non-Estonian speaking user is therefore not adequately informed about the risks when using this product. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures (CLP).
