- The product has duds with fuse, children can pick these up and ignite them causing injuries and/or burns. Moreover, the fireworks may burst or release burning material too close to the ground, causing fire and/or burns and eye injuries to bystanders. Additionally, the product has an inadequate fuse delay (too long), which may cause users to approach the firework too early or not allow them enough time to reach a safe distance. In addition the product emits flames for an excessive time, causing burns to bystanders and risk of fire. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive nor with the European standard EN 15947.
