- An insufficient amount of bearing grease might have been applied to the needle-bearings in the rear hub housing (roller bearings), during the manufacturing process. Consequently, the bearings might become damaged, leading to the blockage of the rear wheel while the vehicle is in motion, increasing the risk of an accident.
