Risk and analytical results

hazardObserved
/// A MOAH content of 0.8 ± 0.3 mg/kg was determined in this sample. The limit of quantification for dry foods (0.5 mg/kg) is reliably met, even when taking into account a measurement uncertainty of 40%. Due to the levels of mineral oil aromatic hydrocarbons (MOAH), this sample is assessed as unfit for human consumption within the meaning of Article 14(1) in conjunction with Article 14(2)(b) and Article 14(5) of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002.
