    The skimmer was manufactured in 2019. At that time, the total limit value for primary aromatic amines was 0.01 mg/kg. The reduction of the limit value for primary aromatic amines listed in REACH was introduced by Amending Regulation (EU) 2020/1245. The transitional provision stipulates that articles manufactured prior to this date may continue to be placed on the market until September 23, 2022, and may remain on the market until stocks are exhausted. In our opinion, the skimmer is therefore lawfully on the market. Therefore, the notification is requested to be withdrawn.
