In the submitted complaint, the consumer reported that while eating a wafer, she bit into something hard, which turned out to be a piece of grey plastic inside the wafer. Biting into the plastic caused toothache. The piece of plastic is about 1 cm long and 0.5 cm thick, and is hard. The wafer is a Milka wafer choco. It came from a packet containing several of these wafers. The broken piece of plastic has a sharp edge and could have pierced my oesophagus.
