The Food supplements were specifically to patients after weight-loss surgery (like gastric bypass) or during medical treatment (Ozempic). The food supplements contain high contents of vitamins and minerals. According to the FBO the products are designed for patients with increased nutrient needs and absorption problems due to surgery. However the products do not meet the Swiss legislation for food supplements and may not be placed on the Swiss market (Art. 12 of 178/2002).
