Bei der Probe handelt es sich nach hiesiger Beurteilung um ein Lebensmittel, welches als Novel-Food beurteilt wird. Es wurde Cannabidiol (CBD) nachgewiesen. Nach Art. 6 Abs. 2 VO (EU) 2015/2283 dürfen nur zugelassene und in der Unionsliste genannte neuartige Lebensmittel nach Maßgabe der in der Liste festgelegten Bedingungen und Kennzeichnungsvorschriften als solche in Verkehr gebracht oder in und auf Lebensmitteln verwendet werden. Die vorliegende Probe entspricht daher nicht den lebensmittelrechtlichen Anforderungen. ////Unofficial translation: Based on our assessment, the sample is a food product that is classified as a novel food. Cannabidiol (CBD) was detected. Pursuant to Article 6(2) of Regulation (EU) 2015/2283, only novel foods that have been authorized and are included in the Union list may be placed on the market as such or used in or on foods in accordance with the conditions and labeling requirements specified in the list. The sample in question therefore does not comply with food law requirement
