Da es sich um pathogene Mikroorganismen handelt, kann eine Gesundheitsgefährdung des Verbrauchers nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Gemäß Artikel 14 Abs. 1 und 2 der VO (EG) Nr. 178/2002 dürfen Lebensmittel, die gesundheitsschädlich sind, nicht in den Verkehr gebracht werden. Somit ist die Probe als nicht verkehrsfähig zu beurteilen. /// unofficial translation: Salmonella was detected in 250 g; the warning threshold set by the DGHM (German Society for Hygiene and Microbiology) has been exceeded. Since these are pathogenic microorganisms, a health risk to consumers cannot be ruled out. Pursuant to Article 14(1) and (2) of Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002, food that is harmful to health may not be placed on the market. Consequently, the sample must be considered unfit for sale.
