Die vorliegende Probe ist infolge der hohen Ausschöpfung der ARfD für Acetamiprid von > 200 % für Kleinkinder als gesundheitsschädlich und somit als nicht sicheres Lebens-mittel im Sinne von Artikel 14 Abs. 2 Buchstabe a i. V. m. Abs. 1 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 178/2002 zu beurteilen. Darüber hinaus wird der Wirkstoff Acetamiprid gemäß VO (EG) Nr. 1272/2008 als fortpflanzungsgefährdend der Kategorie 2 eingestuft. /// As the ARfD for acetamiprid has been exceeded > 200 %, the sample in question must be regarded as harmful to the health of young children and therefore as unsafe food within the meaning of Article 14(2)(a) in conjunction with paragraph 1 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002. Furthermore, the active substance acetamiprid is classified as toxic to reproduction, Category 2, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.
