Salmonella Enteritidis was detected in a hatchery that produces eggs for nonfood purposes. After that, salmonella was detected also in the hatchery next to it, in the same yard. Serotyping of the salmonella in thatt hatchery is not finished yet, but the eggs are already recalled and notification made.
