There is an anomaly regarding the volume of the teaspoon mentioned by the professional, which is generally 5mL rather than 0.5mL. For information, the density of anhydrous caffeine is 1.23 g/mL. Therefore, half a teaspoon of this product corresponds to 1.23 × 2.5 = 3.075 g of caffeine… This is well above the advertised 200 mg; in fact, this product is dangerous. EFSA has issued an opinion on caffeine (https://efsa.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.2903/j.efsa.2015.4102) => individual doses of 200 mg from all sources combined do not pose a problem; in this case, the dose per serving could be 6 g Is this pure caffeine or anhydrous coffee? The product label may be misleading regarding the ingredients.
