Koffeinhalten i ett dagligt intag är enligt etiketten upp till 3 × 300 mg dvs. 900mg/dag. Det finns en risk för negativa hälsoeffekter vid intag av 900 mg koffein per dag eftersom det vida överstiger Efsas hälsobaserade riktvärde på 400 mg för upprepad exponering. Vid ett intag av 900 mg/dag ökar risken för bland annat illamående, kräkning, huvudvärk, störd sömn, förhöjt blodtryck och ångest.////////////////////The caffeine content in a daily intake is according to the label up to 3 × 300 mg, i.e. 900mg/day. There is a risk of negative health effects when ingesting 900 mg of caffeine per day because it far exceeds EFSA's health-based guideline value of 400 mg for repeated exposure. When ingesting 900 mg/day, the risk of, among other things, nausea, vomiting, headache, disturbed sleep, increased blood pressure and anxiety increases.
