La normativa establece un límite máximo de 150 mg/Kg para esta especie de crustáceo. En el análisis inicial se obtienen 226 ± 29 mg/Kg. Este resultado corresponde a crustáceos de la familia Pandalus (Plesionika spp.). De la misma partida también se analizaron crustáceos de la familia Parapenaeidae, obteniéndose resultados dentro del límite autorizado por la normativa. El límite máximo que permite la normativa para ciertas familias de crustáceos crudos es de 300 mg/kg.
