Nach dem Abschnitt 5 Nr. 5.4.1 des Anh. der VO (EU) Nr. 2023/915 beträgt der Höchstgehalt für Glycidylfettsäureester 1000 μg/kg. Der Höchstgehalt wird auch unter Berücksichtigung der Messunsicherheit überschritten. Nach dem Abschnitt 5 Nr. 5.3.1.2 des Anh. der VO (EU) 2023/915 gilt für die Summe aus 3-MCPD und 3-MCPD-Fettsäureestern ein Höchstgehalt von 2500 μg/kg. Der Höchstgehalt ist unter Berücksichtigung der Messunsicherheit nicht gesichert überschritten worden. /// According to section 5 no. 5.4.1 of the Annex to Regulation (EU) No 2023/915, the maximum level for glycidyl fatty acid esters is 1000 μg/kg. The maximum level is exceeded even taking into account the measurement uncertainty. According to section 5 no. 5.3.1.2 of the Annex to Regulation (EU) 2023/915, a maximum level of 2500 μg/kg applies to the sum of 3-MCPD and 3-MCPD fatty acid esters. Taking into account the measurement uncertainty, the maximum level has not been exceeded.
