Der erhöhte Eisenübergang wird als Kontamination und unvertretbare Veränderung der Lebensmittel beurteilt. Die Muffinform entspricht aufgrund der Stoffübergänge an Eisen nicht der Anforderung an ihre Herstellung nach Artikel 3 Absatz 1 b der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1935/2004. /// unofficial translation: The quantities of iron released from the detachment of the coating of the muffin tin exceed the guideline value of the Council of Europe that can be adhered to through good manufacturing practice. The increased iron transfer is assessed as contamination and an unjustifiable change to the food. The muffin tin does not meet the requirements for its manufacture according to Article 3 (1 b) of Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 due to the mass transfer of iron.
