Aufgrund möglicher genotoxischer Wirkungen wurden Zubereitungen aus Blättern oder Früchten von Cassia senna L., die Hydroxyanthracen-Derivate enthalten, in Anhang III Teil C der VO (EG) 1925/2006 (Stoffe, die von der Gemeinschaft geprüft werden) aufgenommen. Derzeit läuft ein Verfahren nach Art. 8 der VO (EG) 1925/2006. Nach dem Abschluss des Verfahrens ist eine Aufnahme in Anhang III Teil A der VO (EG) 1925/2006 (verbotene Stoffe) möglich. /// Due to possible genotoxic effects, preparations from the leaves or fruits of Cassia senna L. containing hydroxyanthracene derivatives have been included in Annex III, Part C of Regulation (EC) No 1925/2006 (substances under Community review). A procedure is currently underway in accordance with Article 8 of Regulation (EC) No 1925/2006. Once the procedure has been completed, inclusion in Annex III, Part A of Regulation (EC) No 1925/2006 (prohibited substances) is possible.
