Der Höchstwert für 3-MCPD und Glycidol wird im Gesamtfett des vorliegenden Produktes auch unter Berücksichtigung der erweiterten Messunsicherheit eindeutig überschritten. Zudem liegen Kennzeichnungsmängel vor und es wurde der für die Produktkategorie nicht zugelassene Farbstoff Gelborange S nachgewiesen. /// The maximum level for 3-MCPD and glycidol is clearly exceeded in the total fat of the product at hand, even taking into account the extended measurement uncertainty.
