According to the information in the list of ingredients on the sample, the product consists of a water-alcohol extract of fly agaric caps. The BVL website publishes a list of substances that serves as a guide for the legal classification of substances. In this list of substances, Amantia Muscaria is listed in List A - Substances not recommended for use in food. Novel foods are only approved in the EU if they do not pose a risk to human health. The use of fly agaric extracts as a food ingredient is not known here. Fly agaric extracts are also not listed in the Novel Food Status Catalog or in Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2470. Violation of Art. 6 (2) of Regulation (EU) 2015/2283.
