In der vorliegen Probe wurde ein Gehalt an 3-Monochlorpropandiol-Fettsäureestern, berechnet als 3- Monochlorpropandiol'(3-MCPD), in Höhe von 4698 µg/kg im Fett bestimmt (Doppelbestimmung). Unter Berücksichtigung der Messunsicherheit ergibt sich ein gesicherter Gehalt in Höhe von mindestens 3289 µg/kg 3- MCPD. /// In the present sample, a content of 3-monochloropropanediol fatty acid esters, calculated as 3-monochloropropanediol (3-MCPD), of 4698 µg/kg was determined in the fat (double determination). Taking into account the measurement uncertainty, this results in a reliable content of at least 3289 µg/kg 3-MCPD.
