Die vorliegende Probe ist infolge der hohen Ausschöpfung der ARfD für Acetamiprid von > 200 % für Kleinkinder als gesundheitsschädlich und somit als nicht sicheres Lebensmittel im Sinne von Artikel 14 Abs. 2 Buchstabe a i. V. m. Abs. 1 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 178/2002 zu beurteilen. Darüber hinaus werden die Wirkstoffe Acetamiprid und Phosmet gemäß VO (EG) Nr. 1272/2008 als fortpflanzungsgefährdend der Kategorie 2 eingestuft. /// Due to the high exceedance of the ARfD for acetamiprid of > 200% for young children, this sample is to be assessed as harmful to health and therefore as unsafe food within the meaning of Article 14(2)(a) in conjunction with Article 14(1) of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002. In addition, the active substances acetamiprid and phosmet are classified as toxic to reproduction in category 2 in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.
