- 10-HC is the abbreviation for 10-0H-HHC (10-hydroxy-hexahydrocannabinol). It is a synthetic cannabinoid produced by introducing a hydroxy group from HHC (hydroxyhydrocannabinol). HHC, in turn, can be obtained from delta-9-THC through hydrogenation. HHC has been subject to the New Psychoactive Substances Act (NpSG) since June 2024 and has been banned and is no longer marketable since then. Both hemp flowers and 10-0H-HHC are also classified as novel food ingredients in accordance with Art. 3 (2a) of Regulation (EU) 2015/2283.

Provenance and context
NagameAlert organises public RASFF data while preserving official values and keeping notification classification separate from the risk decision. The official record remains authoritative and should be checked for follow-ups and current status.
