Risk and analytical results

hazardObserved
10-HC is the abbreviation for 10-0H-HHC (10-hydroxy-hexahydrocannabinol). It is a synthetic cannabinoid produced by introducing a hydroxy group from HHC (hydroxyhydrocannabinol). HHC, in turn, can be obtained from delta-9-THC through hydrogenation. HHC has been subject to the New Psychoactive Substances Act (NpSG) since June 2024 and has been banned and is no longer marketable since then. Both hemp flowers and 10-0H-HHC are also classified as novel food ingredients in accordance with Art. 3 (2a) of Regulation (EU) 2015/2283.
