Nicotinamide riboside chloride is permitted in food supplements at a maximum level of 300 mg/day for the adult population, excluding pregnant and breastfeeding women. According to the label, the sample contains 1500 mg of nicotinamide riboside per recommended daily dose of 2 capsules. This exceeds the maximum level by a significant amount.
