///unofficial translation: The active substances cyproconazole, epoxiconazole, and propiconazole (sum of isomers) were detected in concentrations exceeding 0.01 mg/kg. These active substances are not currently approved for use. The threshold value of 0.01 mg/kg is exceeded, taking into account the analytical range of ± 50% (document no. SANTE /11312/2021) between testing laboratories for the detected content, for cyproconazole (0.023 mg/kg), epoxiconazole (0.07 mg/kg) and propiconazole (0.013 mg/kg). According to Article 18(1) of Regulation 396/2005, food products may not contain pesticide residues exceeding the default value of 0.01 mg/kg from the date of their placing on the market. No maximum level has been set for the active substance difenoconazole in baker's yeast. Furthermore, benzalkonium chloride (C8, C10, C12, C14, C16 and C18) was detected qualitatively in the context of the investigation.
