Infolge von Nachgärungsprozessen kann es zu erhöhten Alkoholgehalten und erhöhtem Flaschendruck kommen. Bei Eigenkontrollen wurde festgestellt, dass ein geringer Prozentsatz an Flaschen Verunreinigungen enthielten. Es handelt sich laut Analyse um Hefen, die Nachgärungsprozesse in Gang gesetzt haben. Zwei der drei untersuchten Flaschen wiesen entgegen der Kennzeichnung einen Alkoholgehalt von über 0,5 % und einen erhöhten Flaschendruck auf. Die Flaschen sind laut Betrieb bis 1,5 bar ausgelegt. Anhand der ersten durch das Labor durchgeführten Analysen wurde bei einer Flasche 0,62 bar bzw. 1,2 bar festgestellt. Ein Flaschenbruch schließt der Betrieb aus. Es kann nicht ausgeschlossen werden, dass es Infolge des erhöhten Flaschendrucks zum Bersten der Flaschen kommt; es besteht die Gefahr von Glasbruch(Art. 14 Abs. 2 Buchst. a VO (EG) Nr. 178/2022.)
