Na podstawie przedstawionego przez producenta certyfikatu jakości nr 012770 z dnia 23.06.2025r. stwierdzono przekroczenie NDP dla niklu. Zgodnie z ww. certyfikatem poziom pierwiastka określono na poziomie 0,34 ± 0,03 mg/kg. Natomiast zgodnie z rozporządzeniem Komisji (UE) 2024/1987 z dnia 30 lipca 2024 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie (UE) 2023/915 w odniesieniu do najwyższych dopuszczalnych poziomów niklu w niektórych środkach spożywczych dopuszczalny limit dla ww. metalu wynosi 0,25 mg/kg.///Unofficial translation /// Based on the manufacturer's quality certificate no. 012770 dated June 23, 2025, the MRL for nickel was found to be exceeded. According to the aforementioned certificate, the level of the element was determined at 0.34 ± 0.03 mg/kg. However, pursuant to Commission Regulation (EU) 2024/1987 of July 30, 2024 amending Regulation (EU) 2023/915 as regards maximum levels of nickel in certain foodstuffs, the permissible limit for this metal is 0.25 mg/kg.
