Data minimalnej trwałości na certyfikacie analizy jest określona na dzień 18.05.2025. Na wniosku jako datę minimalnej trwałości podano 13.07.2025 r., co jest niezgodne z datą umieszczoną na etykiecie znajdującej się na folii zabezpieczającej kartony z towarem: 11.07.2025 (stwierdzonej podczas kontroli bezpośredniej). W dniu 11.06.2025 r. przesłano mailowo pismo producenta dotyczące daty minimalnej trwałości importowanego towaru, oświadczenie to nie wyjaśnia jednoznacznie skąd wynikają rozbieżności dotyczące daty ważności przedmiotowego produktu oraz na jakiej podstawie producent określił nowy termin ważności.
