Nach Art. 14 Abs. 2 lit. a VO (EG) 178/2002 gelten Lebensmittel als nicht sicher, wenn davon auszugehen ist, dass sie gesundheitsschädlich sind. /// High levels of muscimol were found in all samples, according to the labelling, so it can be assumed that there is a health risk. According to Article 14(2)(a) of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002, food is deemed to be unsafe if it is considered to be harmful to health.
