In one of the product sachets, a pharmacy employee, while weighing the product into 0.2 g capsules, noticed a white foreign element, 8 mm long, at the bottom of the now empty sachet. While checking empty sachets of the product used to prepare the capsules, the pharmacy manager found in one of the sachets the presence of dried glue, probably used to connect the edges of the sachet. Representatives of the Poviat Sanitary Inspector in Szczecin checked whether any thickening could be felt in the sachets of the batch in question, which could indicate the presence of a foreign body. There was a noticeable thickening in two sachets. Inside one sachet, the seal found the presence of dried glue, probably used to connect the edges of the sachet (photos attached).
