According to Section 12 (2) no. 1 letter c of the AVV Schnellwarnsystem, foodstuffs containing residues of plant protection products or their degradation or reaction products for which an ARfD value is specified that is exceeded when the foodstuff is consumed pose a direct or indirect risk to human health.
