Für Cannabidiol ist kein Eintrag in der Unionsliste vorhanden. Die Zutat "Cannabidiol" und somit die vorgelegte Probe wird daher als neuartig im Sinne des Artikel 6 Absatz 2 VO (EU) 2015/2283 eingestuft. ///unofficial translation: Due to the content and the expected intake of delta-9-THC, the product is classified as not safe in the sense of Art. 14 para. 2 lit. a of Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002. There is no entry for cannabidiol in the Union list. The ingredient "cannabidiol" and thus the submitted sample is therefore classified as novel within the meaning of Article 6(2) of Regulation (EU) 2015/2283.
