Das Zulassungsverfahren wurde unterbrochen, da die EFSA die Sicherheit von CBD-Extrakten nicht bestätigen konnte. Darüber hinaus wurde die Probe aufgrund des Gehalts an CBD als nicht sicheres Lebensmittel im Sinne von Artikel 14 Absatz 1 in Verbindung mit Artikel 14 Absatz 2a) der VO (EG) 178/2002 beurteilt. /// The product labeled as flavor oil is classified as food. The sample contains the non-approved novel food ingredient CBD. The approval procedure was interrupted because EFSA could not confirm the safety of CBD extracts. Furthermore, due to the content of CBD, the sample was assessed as unsafe food in the sense of Article 14(1) in conjunction with Article 14(2a) of Regulation (EC) 178/2002.
