Mittels GC-MS-MS wurde in der vorliegenden Probe „Freekeh“ für die Summe der PAK 4 Benzo(a)pyren, Benz(a)- anthracen, Benzo(b)-fluoranthen und Chrysen ein Gehalt von 27μg/kg ± 6,8 μg/kg und für Benzo(a)pyren ein Gehalt von 7,2 ± 1,8 μg/kg festgestellt. ///unofficial translation: By means of GC-MS-MS, a content of 27μg/kg ± 6.8 μg/kg was determined in the present sample "Freekeh" for the sum of PAH 4 benzo(a)pyrene, benz(a)- anthracene, benzo(b)-fluoranthene and chrysene a content of 27μg/kg ± 6.8 μg/kg and for benzo(a)pyrene a content of 7.2 ± 1.8 μg/kg was determined.
