Somit kann die vorgelegte Probe nach der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 178/2002, Abschnitt 4, Artikel 14 in der derzeit gültigen Fassung nicht als sicheres Lebensmittel bezeichnet werden. /// In the sample analysed, the active substance chlorothalonil was detected with an ARfD value utilisation of 135.3 %. Thus, the sample submitted cannot be designated as safe food according to Regulation (EC) No 178/2002, Section 4, Article 14 in the currently valid version.
