Die Analyse der vorliegenden Probe ergab hohe Gehalte an Glycidol sowie 3-MCPD im Gesamtfett der homogenisierten Probe. Es wurde im gesamten, homogenisierten Produkt ein Gehalt an Glycidyl-Fettsäureestern, berechnet als Glycidol, von 4273 +/- 1282 μg/kg Fett sowie ein Gehalt an 3-MCPD-Fettsäureester, berechnet als freies 3-MCPD, von 3946 +/- 1184 μg/kg Fett nachgewiesen. /// unofficial translation: The analysis of the present sample revealed high contents of glycidol as well as 3-MCPD in the total fat of the homogenised sample. A content of glycidyl fatty acid esters, calculated as glycidol, of 4273 +/- 1282 μg/kg fat and a content of 3-MCPD fatty acid esters, calculated as free 3-MCPD, of 3946 +/- 1184 μg/kg fat were detected in the total homogenised product.
