CBD oils, CBD honey and CBD extracts on French web shop. Currently, only hemp seed and some of its derivatives (e.g. hemp seed oil, ground seed, hemp seed protein) have a proven history of consumption as food before 15 May 1997 in the European Union. But in fact, no significant history of use as a food ingredient has yet been demonstrated for hemp extracts and CBD extracts. They are thus considered novel foods and are consequently banned on that basis. In addition, we also found non-authorised health claims about CBD on the web shop.
