Aufgrund der Überschreitung der Bestimmungsgrenze wird davon ausgegangen, dass das Lebensmittel für den Verzehr durch den Menschen ungeeignet ist. Es darf somit als nicht sicheres Lebensmittel gemäß Art. 14 Abs. 1 VO (EG) Nr. 178/2002 nicht in den Verkehr gebracht werden.
